I was a huge Sting fan, when I was a teenager. My very first concert ever was a Sting concert (Nothing like the Sun)
He is a good example how yoga keeps you healthy and in shape in your fifties. He even does Yoga before his concerts (just like me sometimes before parties!), as I just found out in this interview of Sting with the YogaJournal.
My yogic journey started with Ashtanga Yoga at the Yoga Passage (back then it was "yoga in motion") in Calgary in 2000. Then I heard about Iyengar yoga in 2004, gave it a try, and got hooked.
I am currently in year #2 of my teacher training with the intention of going for the Introductory Level assessment in 2010.
I am open to explore the world of yoga with open eyes, yet I consider Iyengar's teachings as the back bone of my practice.
